Our Work

Actor Training and Acting Experience

- -At our drama school we understand that the majority of paid work is for acting on film and TV. We know that acting for film and TV is very different from acting on stage. And we know how much you want to work in film and TV. That is why our drama school specialises in screen acting.

Our Drama School gives young people actor training and acting experience in film. Our practical drama classes are designed to teach a broad range of practical film and TV acting skills. At our drama school we believe that actor training and acting experience go hand in hand, and that young people learn acting skills best when they are involved in professional acting activities.

Students gain expert tuition and hands-on experience with industry standard equipment. We will lead you through a variety of filming and directing exercises that will help you achieve the highest possible production standards. You will learn to see your work objectively, and in comparison to other students' work. Whether you're looking to go behind the camera for the first time, or whether you are already exploring a career path in film-making, we can provide the skills and experience to help you to the next level.

Premiere in the Cinema

Our film making and drama courses lead to high quality films which our Drama school showcases in cinemas locally, then enters into film festivals worldwide. Members on our drama courses get to see themselves on the big screen, at the premiere of their film.

It can be daunting to see yourself on film, and it some people vind it very hard to watch themselves act. But if you want to become an actor or to become an actress, then this is something you may have to get used to!

We premiere all our films at commercial cinemas, where parents and friends can come and see thefinal film from the acting course.

Building CVs and Showreels

Members receive a DVD of their work, which can be added to their showreel for acting agents, casting directors and future employers to see.

An actor’s showreel is vital for anyone looking for acting work. It shows acting agents, casting directors and future employers your acting range and acting ability, and gives a good idea of your performance style.

An actor’s showreel can be very difficult to begin, especially for a beginner actor or actress. You need acting work before you can get material for your showreel, but you need a showreel before you can get acting work!

Each of our drama courses is designed to produce filmed situations, through which young young actors and actresses create high material their acting showreel.

If you would like to make a showreel then contact us to see how we can help.
